CygLink Computer Software
CygLink is a Windows® based application used to both transfer and manage data logged records, their corresponding A-scans as well as measurement comments and material velocity tables. Cyglink can generate PDF reports to present to the client and will also export data to Excel. Cyglink also displays A‑scans, allowing for off-site analysis of logged measurements at a later date.

To compliment our ultrasonic thickness meters we offer a range of ultrasonic transducers. The performance of any ultrasonic thickness meter relies heavily on the transducer and its suitability to the material being measured. Therefore, selecting the right transducer is vital. All Cygnus SINGLE CRYSTAL transducer are made from stainless steel and include replaceable membranes for long life, requiring no zeroing and have a high linear accuracy.
Engineered Probe Handling Solutions
Complementing the Cygnus Mini ROV Mountable thickness meter, the Cygnus G1 is designed for use on observation, inspection and light work-class ROVs whilst the S1 probe handler is developed for use on ROVs performing UTM surveys on ship hulls.
Topside Repeater Remote Display Unit
The Cygnus Topside Repeater is a remote display unit connected to the gage with an umbilical cable. It displays the thickness measurements at the surface in real-time during the survey.
Topside Repeater with Video Overlay
The Topside Repeater can also overlay the real-time thickness measurements on to a composite video signal, displaying it on the survey monitor screen. It will also then be recorded (if there is a video of the survey), showing exact locations and the thickness measurement for future reference.
